At the ipi institutes we find a way to test just about any product from a wide range of thematic areas. In doing so, we have tested a great many products in areas beyond our core competencies. For each new product, we develop a scientifically valid approach for testing it and responding to your requirements. This results in comprehensive and well-founded product research.

RELIABLE & EXPERIENCED PRODUCT RESEARCH
Food preparation
We bake, roast, steam, deep-fry, simmer, grill and cook, and also put all the appliances used in preparing ingredients through their paces.
Coffee making
There is hardly a coffee machine on the market in Germany that has not been thoroughly tested in our ipi product testing laboratory!
food storage
As an accredited institution, we carry out industry-standard tests on refrigerators and freezers under controlled conditions in special test chambers.
Smart Products
Connectivity, usability and data security are assessed by experts and consumers, though the additional benefits are still very important to us!
refrigeration & air conditioning
We carry out non-industry-standard tests on air conditioners in our climate-controlled chambers. We also test other products, e.g. ventilators.
leisure & Outdoors
Camping, cycling and much more. Ask us specifically if we already have a test protocol or if we can develop one especially for you.
Personal Care
From hair care to hair removal and from dental hygiene to sanitary paper – we offer product testing in the laboratory and by consumers.
Cordless products
