Our application technology team is responsible for the testing of food preparation equipment. Bolstered by a wide range of expertise and many years of experience in kitchen equipment, this is a powerful team for the full range of household equipment that comes into contact with food. Each test dish prepared is put through a standardised procedure to detect even minor deviations from the ideal result or differences within a product group.

Comparative tests are one of our specialities. Perhaps you are looking for the best device on the market, or you want to identify potential improvements in your device compared with the competition. In either case, our equipment and testing methods enable us to perform simultaneous testing on a wide range of devices.
In addition, we conduct industry-standard tests, claim tests and many others. Our DAkkS accreditation [German national accreditation body] attests to our consistently high level of competence and integrity in testing under the DIN [German Institute for Standardisation] EN 60350-1 standard.
We believe that a holistic picture of product quality can only be obtained from practical use of kitchen and household equipment in conjunction with technical measurements. That’s why we test the equipment drawing on all the experience we have gained over the last 50 years.

What’s the use of even the best objective product data if the target groups take a wholly different subjective view?
